This post is a continuation of my last one, “Claiming It? Nah, Owning It!” In the middle of writing, I stopped to create the image above. I was going to add it at the end, but then decided the message needed its own post. So, here it is.
For years—basically, most of my life—I have asked God for blessings and “claimed” them before reception. However, after I received the blessings, I never fully embraced them, and definitely didn’t own them. For some reason, I always felt the blessings could be stripped away as quickly as they were received.
As I mentioned in my previous post, I’m moving forward with a new mindset. The blessings I receive are mine. It’s time I own them.
Thanking God for my blessings. Thankful that what He gives, He doesn’t take back. Now, we can be careless and lose them—because we must take care of our blessings—but whatever He gives is ours.
Receive and own your blessings because they are truly yours. Yes, they’re YOURS!♥️
