“I will give you a new heart and put a new spirit in you; I will remove from you your heart of stone and give you a heart of flesh.” –Ezekiel 36:26

Welcome to a fresh start!
God has given us access to a new heart and new spirit. Let’s embrace both and make 2026 a year to remember!♥️
I love you,

As with every birthday, I usually choose a word or theme for the new year. Today, I’ve chosen the word “intentionality.” As much as I have loved being carefree and going with the flow of life, it’s time for me to move with intention. I have at least 50 more years of life to live, and there are so many things I would like to achieve before my time on this side of life is over. The only way I see myself achieving them is to be more intentional about my moves—with God’s approval, of course. Gotta stay covered and operate under His will.☺️
Wishing you a Happy New Year! May 2026 bring you everything you hope for and more. Remember to stay covered and allow God to lead.♥️
I love you much,
Shaun

I ended 2024 and entered 2025 with the mindset of allowing God to lead. To be transparent and honest, surrendering my will for His hasn’t been easy. As a matter of fact, it’s been quite challenging—more challenging than the past few years. We often say, “God, let Your will be done,” but do we truly mean it when His will doesn’t align with what we want or what we’re feeling?
Over the past year, there were many times that I wanted to step out and do my own thing. But I couldn’t. The Holy Spirit wouldn’t let me. Right before I would step, I would hear that small voice say, “Be still,” and I obeyed.
As I reflect on the past year, I can honestly say I am thankful I was obedient and allowed God to lead. As the song says—
“Nobody told me that the road would be easy, but I don’t believe He brought me this far to leave me.”
Now, here I am a year later, ending 2025 and entering 2026 with the same mindset and posture—allowing God to lead and being obedient. More of Him and less of me. Amen
I pray you do the same. Allow God to lead. The road won’t always be easy, but it will be worth where He’s taking you.♥️
Love you,
Shaun

Ending the year and the first quarter of this wonderful century with gratitude. What an unforgettable and eventful twenty-five years this has been! So much has happened—both good and bad—in my life and in the world, and we made it to see December 31, 2025. Sadly, so many of our loved ones didn’t. May their souls continue to rest in peace, knowing that they are remembered and we are carrying on their legacies.🙏🏽
I am not sure what the next year or quarter of this century holds; however, I know Who holds both and Who holds us. We are going to be alright!
Happy New Year’s Eve to many of us, and Happy New Year to those already celebrating 2026! May 2026 and the next 25 years bring you much love, peace, joy, prosperity, and blessings you didn’t ask for or know you needed.♥️
I love you,
Shaun
