For the past few hours, the subject of life has been on my mind. Opened my Facebook memories, and the first message I saw was one I shared about life, three years ago.

Be mindful of how you handle life, not only yours, but the lives of others. Life is so precious. Be sure to handle it with care.♥️

Yesterday, I was scrolling through channels looking for something to watch, and I settled on The Dick Van Dyke Show. I was thinking about how long it had been since I last watched it—had been years. I took this picture and sent it to the kids to show them that couples had to sleep in separate beds when bedroom scenes were shown on television.

I’m writing this because my heart is so heavy right now. You see, when I saw Carl Reiner on the show, I immediately thought of his son Rob.

Was I supposed to say a prayer when Rob crossed my mind?

I hate when someone randomly crosses my mind around the time that they die. It happens a lot. I don’t have to know them. Just know of them.

Right now, I feel so sad.

I said a small prayer for Dick Van Dyke, who just celebrated his 100th birthday. I kinda thought that was why I landed on the show. However, it never crossed my mind to say one for Rob. From now on, when someone randomly crosses my mind, I’m saying a prayer.

May Rob and his wife, Michele, rest in peace. Sending prayers up for his family and friends.🙏🏽

Life…

Take a moment to stop and think. Is there anything preventing you from seeing the BIGGER picture? If so, consider decluttering your space—this means releasing limiting thoughts, blocking distractions, and separating yourself from negative energy.
