Take breaks when you must, but keep showing up. Life is too precious and short, and your purpose is much too great, for you to settle where you are. As long as you have breath in your body—Keep showing up!
Wishing you a wonderfully blessed day! May it be filled with everything good.♥️
Earlier this morning, while making my daily posts, I heard “Do what you love.” I smiled and immediately shared it on all platforms because that’s exactly what life’s about—doing what you love—what you truly love.
Several posts ago, I wrote that life is about purpose. Well, my purpose has allowed me to do what I love, which is to release into the world every good thing that magnifies God’s love and glory. Y’all, I wake up every morning thinking of ways I can brighten someone’s day; of how I can spread more love, hope, peace, joy, and kindness—not only through my words but also through my actions. This is what I love doing.
I hope and pray you’re doing what you love. That you wake up every day looking forward to doing whatever that may be.♥️
Today, I spent most of my morning with fellow veterans from all branches of the military. It felt so good to be in the company of people who have served and continue to serve.
Who knew this would be my life?! Me, hanging out with veterans, listening to military stories, and actually enjoying myself? Laughing. Never in a million years did I think this would be me.
But God knew.
Lord, thank You for community—for knowing I would need to be a part of this exceptional community long before I did.
I’m blessed.🙏🏽
November is National Veterans and Military Families Month, and I’ve been invited to several more events, including participating in the city’s annual Veterans Day parade.
This is my life over 50, and I am absolutely loving it!☺️
“The Lord Himself goes before you and will be with you; He will never leave you nor forsake you. Do not be afraid; do not be discouraged.” Deuteronomy 31:8
Be encouraged. God is always with you. Even in His silence—because, let’s be honest, sometimes it’s hard to hear or feel Him—He remains present. Stay the course and keep pressing forward.
You got this!♥️
Love you,
Shaun

The song that’s been on repeat in my mind since yesterday is “Speak To My Heart” by Donnie McClurkin. The song says—
“Speak to my heart, Holy Spirit, give me words that will bring new life. Words on wings of a morning, the dark night will fade. If You speak to my heart now.”
Allow God to speak to your heart, and receive your new beginning.
This is all for now. Check back around 7:30 AM Central Time for the Quote of the Day.
I pray you have a fabulous day! May it be filled with lots of love, laughter, peace, favor, grace, and overflow.♥️
I love you,
Shaun
