  1. wow! Thanks Shaun for sharing this with us here on this platform. It’s true, you’ve reminded me how self love matters and how you can’t do your best if you are not your best, it’s a wake up to care for ourselves more and more as to be more productive in life💯👍

    1. Thanks, trE! It was a short, but much needed break. I’m back, but not in the same capacity. I’m limiting my time on all platforms.
