How Committed Are You?

You say you want it, but are you committed to what it takes to get and keep it?

What I am asking is – Are you 10-toes down, 100 percent, will ride out the storms, come hell or high water, committed?

If not…

Do yourself a favor and move on. You are basically wasting your time. With this being said, if it’s something that you truly want (that dream), you can always give it another try when you believe you are 100 percent ready to commit. I am a believer that if it is in God’s will, it will be; however, you have to be committed to receive, maintain, and sustain it.

Here are a few additional questions to ask yourself, ones that I have asked myself time and time again:

Why do you want it? Is to prove a point to others? Is it ego driven? Do you believe it will make you appear more valuable? Will it make you a better human being? Is it something that you and your ancestors will be proud of? When it’s all said and done, will God receive the glory? That last question is the most important of them all. Because if God does not receive the glory, it is not worth having.
