If you have not noticed, I have been blogging at weird times lately. Right now it’s just after midnight and I am wide awake. Seems like my sleep pattern has been off since I started school. Tonight I fell asleep around nine. Now, I’m up. It wasn’t like I tried to fall asleep. It just happened. So, now I am laying here trying to figure out how to remedy this.
My usual routine is fall asleep around 10:30/11:00 and wake up around 4:30/5:00. However… I would take a power nap earlier during the day. Perhaps my answer is in power naps. Hmmm…
Anyhoo… Does anyone else have this problem? If so, how do you go back to sleep? Do you even try, or do you make the most of it and do something productive?

Since I retired my sleep pattern is weird….I’ve been so used to getting up at 4:30-5 am that I fall asleep at random times in the evening and then at midnight I’m looking crazy 🤪 so I plug in my music and have church until I fall asleep again…

I didn’t go back to sleep until about 3 AM. I had watched as many videos as I could tolerate. Had scrolled down all of my timelines several times. Finally decided to read an ebook that I had purchased a few months ago. Two chapters in and I was dozing off.😂 I must do better. Lol. Have a great weekend!

Hello! Thank you for your reply. I recently took the Clifton Strengths assessment and remember answering “neutral” to one of the prompts about being organized or disorganized. It all depends on the situation. However, the majority of the time I am more of a go with the flow kind of person. Think I’ll write a short blog about the results. Again, thanks for replying.
