What could you do more of?
Had to really think about this one. I would say I could relax more. Relax, not rest. I believe I get an adequate amount of rest, even though I only sleep a few hours a night. However, I never truly relax. Even in my down time, my mind is forever racing, and not in a bad way. It just never slows down, and this often causes tension. So, I could relax a bit more. Exhaling…
