My Sleep Pattern is Off

If you have not noticed, I have been blogging at weird times lately. Right now it’s just after midnight and I am wide awake. Seems like my sleep pattern has been off since I started school. Tonight I fell asleep around nine. Now, I’m up. It wasn’t like I tried to fall asleep. It just happened. So, now I am laying here trying to figure out how to remedy this.

My usual routine is fall asleep around 10:30/11:00 and wake up around 4:30/5:00. However… I would take a power nap earlier during the day. Perhaps my answer is in power naps. Hmmm…

Anyhoo… Does anyone else have this problem? If so, how do you go back to sleep? Do you even try, or do you make the most of it and do something productive?
