Here’s today’s afternoon message. Saw it on Instagram and decided to share. I had to step away from something I was working on because my overthinking was literally stealing my happiness. I could feel it. Please don’t allow this to happen to you.♥️ ~Shaun

One thing I have learned since my TBI is that if I am frustrated or overthinking something and not getting to walk away and then come back and usually I get it right away. Just give your brain a break and step away for a few:)
