Good Morning☀️ and Happy Self-love Saturday!
Two years ago, I wrote the following after the presidential election:
The Best…Is Yet To Come? (November 7, 2024)
All the work women fought for to have our voices heard and respected as equal—gone.
Yeah… I’m going to need a minute. I cannot allow my own hope and optimism to die like everything else. I cannot and will not allow my heart to become hard because love is everything to me. What is the world without it? So, this will probably be my only post for today. I need to connect with God. I don’t know or understand what He’s doing, but I still trust Him. However, right now, my heart hurts.
I was so hurt. Devastated! Yet I still trusted God and respected His plan. Now here we are two years later and my heart is smiling and so full. As I mentioned back then, hope, optimism, and love are everything. I thrive off them.🌱
Here’s a quote I shared this morning under Shaun’s Daily Inspiration–

Y’all, fear causes so much chaos. But love brings us together, and hope and optimism keep us together. We must keep all three alive.
I can’t say it enough, I just love the way God loves me. He always knows how to make me smile. I am so very blessed.🥰
