Good Morning☀️
While watching “The Shack,” a movie about faith, forgiveness, hope, and belief, I kept hearing the song “I Believe” by Marvin Sapp.
The song says (Lyrics: MusixMatch)—
I remember the day
I gave my heart to You, Lord;
You told me if I’d (trust Ya),
You would never (leave me),
You said You’ll always be there.
Even though I’ve never seen Your face,
I know Your presence is real.
You told me if I would (seek Ya),
I would always (find Ya);
You’re just a prayer away,
that’s what I believe…
I believe what You told me,
I believe Your word is true.
I believe in Your promises, yeah, yeah.
I believe that You’ll come through.
You said that You would
never leave me nor forsake me
if I keep me mind stayed on Thee.
You told me You would (bless me)
If I would live (for Ya),
You said You would supply my every need;
that’s what I believe…
I believe what You told me,
I believe Your word is true.
I believe in Your promises, yeah, yeah.
I believe that You’ll come through.
You said that You would
keep me in (perfect peace)
if I keep my mind (stayed on Thee).
You told me that You would give me the life
of my heart if I would just (heart’s desire),
if I’d never lie.
I believe what You told me,
I believe Your word is true.
I believe in Your promises, yeah, yeah.
I believe that You’ll come through.
Your word is true,
believe, come through,
I believe.
I believe
Does anybody out there believe in God?

Like in the movie, just the mere presence of God makes me believe. He is the Great I Am. There is no other like Him. I can’t say it enough, His love, mercy, grace, and kindness are unmatched. I am so very grateful He loves me.
So, yes, I believe.
How about you? Do YOU believe?
If you have never seen the movie “The Shack,” I highly recommend it. It’s on Netflix right now. I believe you will truly enjoy it.
Praying you have a beautifully blessed Sunday.♥️
Love you,
Shaun
I’ve actually read and own the book, “The Shack.” One of my closest friends gave it to me for either my birthday one year or Christmas. I have never seen the movie or at least, I do not recall seeing the movie.

As we both know, most books are far better than the movie. So, you may not enjoy the movie as much. However, the message is probably still just as powerful. I believe it’s worth the watch.😊

I may watch it next weekend. Later on today, I am going to watch The King Tide on Prime. I watched Canary Black yesterday and 6 Minutes to Glory the HBCU Bands documentary (the first season).

Sounds like you have a great day planned. I haven’t decided what I’ll do besides go grocery shopping, which I’m dreading. I usually order and pick up, but I need to get out the house. I’m dressed and ready to go, but haven’t moved.😩

Haha. You move at your own pace. You DEF don’t have to rush. I’m finishing up dinner and will say I and watch The King Tide, read, rest, and finish getting my post ready for tomorrow.
