Side Note: Last night I responded to a daily prompt/question, “What could you do more of?”, and my answer was “relax more.” Well, it just dawned on me that I actually have the power to do just that. If more relaxation time is what I desire, I need to make it happen. Period! Life is too short to continue wishing, wanting, and waiting, hoping things will just happen out of the blue. God’s given me the power to do it.

So, it’s done.🥰

I Could Relax More

What could you do more of?

Had to really think about this one. I would say I could relax more. Relax, not rest. I believe I get an adequate amount of rest, even though I only sleep a few hours a night. However, I never truly relax. Even in my down time, my mind is forever racing, and not in a bad way. It just never slows down, and this often causes tension. So, I could relax a bit more. Exhaling…
