A couple of years ago, when I shared my post “Miracles Happen Every Day” as an Instagram story, I shared it with Luther Vandross’ “Little Miracles (Happen Every Day).” I won’t share all of the lyrics, but here are a few words of the song—
“First thing I know, God is love. The next thing would be, He loves me.🥰 Sometimes I’m tired of waiting for a thing or someone. Then I stop and see what He’s done and I know everything will come.”
Beautiful, right?!
I miss Luther.
Here’s the video and link to the song, if you’d like to listen.♥️
Love you,
Shaun
Side note: As I was adding tags to this post, I tagged the word “lover”—my first time adding the tag. Hadn’t even considered it before. But that’s who I am. I am a lover. I can’t help but love. It’s who God created me to be.🥰
Yeah, one of my favourite singers, I even have a playlist of my favourite songs. For years I’ve been wanting to post a song inspired featuring a montage of his songs. April is his birthday, and this year marks 20 years since his death, perhaps this April I can find the time to write it.

I too, am a lover, so I know exactly of what you speak. And Luther is greatly missed. *Sighs* Happy Sunday, Shaun!

Being a lover isn’t for the weak, but it’s so worth it. The joy we feel from giving it always seems to outweigh the heartaches we often experience. But we do bounce back and love again.
Yes, trE, Luther is so missed. I’m glad he lives on through his music, and all we have to do is pull up one of our favorite songs and it’s like he’s still here with us☺️💗
