You Won’t Fail

This post was inspired by my previous post. It’s actually the closing statement. To recap, I was unmotivated to write this morning. Didn’t even want to share a Facebook memory. Then, after writing in my journal for a while, I was reminded of the Facebook memory I didn’t want to share—to keep showing up. Well, I did just that. I showed up and shared the memory. I just love how God loves me.

Know this, God will not allow you to fail. Even when you don’t care if you fail, He won’t allow it. He’s called you to fulfill a purpose that only you can fulfill, and you best believe He will make sure you fulfill it. Now, don’t get me wrong, He will not force you to do anything, but He will give you the means (even the motivation) to do it.♥️ ~Shaun

God will turn your smallest of efforts into a masterpiece. You will not fail.

Keep Showing Up

Laughing because I really didn’t want to show up this morning. Just being honest. I fell asleep before I could schedule my first post, then I woke up at 4:29 AM—a minute before my post usually publishes—and said I was going to just let today slide. I didn’t feel like writing anything, and after seeing my Facebook memories, I didn’t want to share any of them either. So I decided to journal. Well, while journaling, I was reminded of one of the Facebook memories I didn’t want to share. The one that I needed at the moment—to keep showing up. So, here I am showing up.

Facebook Memory: July 16, 2022

Keep showing up. No matter how uncomfortable or out of place you may feel, continue to show up. You may not quite understand where God’s leading you, but trust Him, He has a plan. All you have to do is show up.♥️

Even when I don’t feel like showing up, God shows up and nudges me forward.
I’m so grateful He loves me.♥️

Listen, God won’t let you fail. Whatever you are meant to do, or purpose you are meant to fulfill, it will be done, and done by YOU!♥️

While we are so focused on what this or that leader will or will not do, God is trying to get our attention. Y’all, He’s our Source, not them. We must stay focused on Him. Whatever comes or goes, it’s God’s presence, love, peace, and provisions that will sustain us. He is the ultimate provider and miracle worker.♥️ ~ Shaun

Remember, God is love. Complete love. Not selective or conditional love.

And we know that all things work together for good to them that love God, to them who are the called according to his purpose. Romans 8:28 KJV

It’s all working together for our good. It may not feel like it; and we may not see it today or tomorrow, but it is. Our job is to trust God. To completely trust Him.

Old Habits | New Spaces

I was reading a journal entry from July 2017 where I had written, “Old habits do not belong in new spaces.” I was preparing for something new, and I heard God say I needed to change a few habits before I could move forward. Well, I did just that. I changed what I was doing at the time and God did the rest.

Be careful not to take old habits into new spaces. They don’t belong where God’s taking you. Love you!♥️ ~ Shaun

Perceptions can be very deceptive and lead to unwarranted mistrust. We must be mindful not to confuse what we perceive to be true with the actual truth.
