Saw this message and thought I’d share.

Found this under a Facebook post. Not sure who to credit, but I do thank them for sharing.

The message is true. No matter what someone else does, even if it appears to be the same or similar, it isn’t. YOU are the key that makes it different.

When I first began blogging, I really didn’t care much about what others thought of my writing style. However, after reading other blogs, I started questioning and critiquing it. I have always written as if I’m holding a conversation with a good friend or writing in my journal. So, for a while I was conflicted between being authentically me and trying to fit in with other writers. After a while, I settled on being myself. It’s my blog and it’s about my world. Those who continued reading did, and those who left, well, my style wasn’t for them.

Today, I write not only to share my stories but also to spread love, hope, and inspiration. Millions of writers are doing the same; however, they are not me. They are not Shaun. Honestly, I’m just grateful to be able to write and share with others.

Before I end, I would like to thank you for your continued support and for sticking around. I really do appreciate you taking time to read my posts.♥️

As you can see, I was praising God on this day eight years ago, and I’ve been praising Him all day. Listen… NO ONE is comparable to my God! No one. NONE!! Y’all, He’s so wonderful and worthy to be praised. As Marvin Sapp says, “There’s no question of His greatness.” Whew!💃🏽

Sending up praises!

Praising God for being God.

For His covering.

For His love.

For His guidance.

For His peace.

Y’all, I am truly blessed.

When I think about my 20s, 30s, 40s, even a year or so ago, compared to where I am today, all I can do is praise God. I’m no longer that same person. As I have said many times before, I am loving this space I am in. For some reason, I never truly believed it was possible, yet here I am. I said I fully trusted God, but it seems I only trusted Him with certain aspects of my life, not all. It wasn’t until I gave all of myself to Him that things really began to change.

So, yes, I’m sending up praises.

Thank You, Lord, for loving me.♥️

It’s Time To Move

Good Morning☀️

On November 26, 2022, I wrote—

“Be still and wait. Yes.. wait!”

Today, I’m saying the opposite.

It’s time to move!

You’ve sat and waited. You were obedient and did what you were told. Now, it’s time to get moving! As I said yesterday, take that leap, you will not fall or fail. God’s got you!♥️

P.S. If you’re still hearing to be still and wait… be still and wait. Believe me, it’s best to wait until God gives you the okay to move forward, than to move on your own.💕

I guess that message was written for me to read today.

God’s favor is all around me, and I am embracing every bit of it.

The Leap

Good Morning ☀️

Today’s Facebook memory has me pretty emotional. It’s about taking leaps without knowing the details, without knowing what’s to come. All you have is God’s assurance that you won’t fall or fail. Everything else is unknown.

Here’s what I shared on Facebook five years ago (November 25, 2019), unsure who to give credit to for the illustrations.

I wrote—

“Trust God. No matter how outlandish it may seem, if He tells you to do something, do it. He knows what lies ahead. Trust Him.”

I needed this reminder today. I don’t need to see the entire staircase or where the next step will lead. All I need to do is be obedient and trust God, and the rest will unfold.🙏🏽

If there’s a leap you’ve been hesitant to take, perhaps this is your sign to take it. You won’t fail. Praying you have a great day and wonderful week.♥️
