Believe In The Promise

Here’s what I shared six years ago. Don’t pay too much attention to the caption because I have absolutely no idea why I wrote, “All the time.” Smile. However, the messages are in the hashtags and Pastor Joel Osteen’s post.

Believe in the promise, and allow God to do the rest. The promise is coming.♥️

My Journey With God, No. 37

Allowing God to lead.

I had written so much more but heard to delete it, so I did.

I say this all the time, and I am finding it to be very true—obedience matters.

Be obedient, even to the simplest ask. You never know what God is protecting you from or guiding you to.♥️ ~Shaun

Smile, You Are Loved

In case no one has told you today, you are loved. Never, ever doubt that you are. God loves you, and I love you, too.♥️

So… Smile,

God’s Plan

On this day last year, I shared the following on Facebook—

“Everything always works according to God’s plan, and it always works out better than you imagined. Trust His plan.”

Shared on December 4, 2023

If you’re like me, you have absolutely no idea of what God’s plan entails. So, all you can do is trust Him. With that being said, I do and always will believe that His plans for our lives are greater than anything we’ve ever imagined. I believe this.

Now, let go and trust Him. He’s got you!♥️

Love you,

My Journey With God, No. 29

Singing, “You made a way. Don’t know how but You did it.”

God has come through for me so many times. Too many times to name. I don’t know how He does it, but He does it every time. Every single time. Y’all, I am so grateful He loves me.

I am truly blessed.♥️ ~Shaun

Obedience, That’s The Word

I know I write a lot about obedience, but y’all, our obedience to God is sooooo important—so very important.

Obedience gets you through the though times. Obedience brings blessings you weren’t expecting. Obedience keeps you protected. God knows and sees things you don’t. Listen, be obedient to whatever He asks of you. You may not understand what He’s asking, or feel the need to follow through, but do. Trust Him. He’s looking out for you!♥️

God, Your Will Be Done

Good Morning☀️

How often have you heard or used the phrase, “Thy will be done”?

This morning I’m saying…

“Thy will be done.”

Not my will, God, but Yours.

“Thy will be done.”

Expecting more than I asked or imagined.

“Thy will be done.”

As Marvin L. Winans said, “I’ve seen You work in others, now I want You to work in me.” —“Draw Me Close/Thy Will Be Done

God’s child.

Wishing you a lovely day and a beautiful weekend.♥️

It’s Only Temporary

It’s only temporary. This too shall pass.

If you are experiencing difficulties and challenges right now, remember they are only temporary. Where you are today is not where you are meant to stay. Keep your head up. Things will get better.

The song I’m currently hearing is “Optimistic” by Sounds Of Blackness (Lyrics: LyricFind). The song says—

When in the midst of sorrow
You can’ t see up when looking down
A brighter day tomorrow will bring, oh

You hear the voice of reason
Telling you this can’t never be done
No matter how hard reality seems
Just hold on to your dreams, yeah

Don’t give up and don’t give in
Although it seems you never win
You will always pass the test
As long as you keep your head to the sky
You can win as long as you keep your head to the sky
You can win as long as you keep your head to the sky
Face toward the sky
Be optimistic

Listen, you will always win because God’s got you!♥️

Love you,

Shaun

The Truest Test

Good Morning!☀️

As I suggested four years ago, one of the truest test of our faith is our ability to stay focused on God (His guidance is best) when our current situation doesn’t match our dreams or vision. My advice is keep your blinders on at all times… ALL times. Blinders will keep you from becoming distracted by what’s happening around you, as well as prevent unnecessary delays. Listen, I don’t know about you but I’m tired of the delays, especially when they are very much preventable.

From here on, eyes forward and blinders on. God has so many wonderful things planned for you, but you must stay focused.♥️

Love you,

Shaun
