When God Speaks

At the moment my spirit is in worship. I keep hearing Greg O’Quin ‘n Joyful Noyze’s song, “I Told The Storm,” so I had to share it. The song says—

I told the storm to pass to pass
Storm you can’t last
Go away
I command you to move today
Storm when God speaks;
Storm you’ve got to cease
That’s what I told storm!

Listen, no matter what you’re going through, when God speaks that storm HAS TO cease! It cannot and will not last! Speak to your storm. Let that storm know who your GOD is!!♥️

This morning I woke up singing Kirk Franklin’s “Let Me Touch You.” The song says—

Sometimes to me You seem so far away, and I wonder how to make it through the day. But if I can touch the hem of Your garment, Your power, I know, You can heal. Jesus let me touch You and see if You are real.

Listen, Jesus [God] is so very real, and He’s always near. When you don’t feel Him, just call His name. Never hesitate to call Him.

As you can see, my day has started off with worship. I pray that you’ve experienced God’s goodness as I have. No, life hasn’t been all roses. Sometimes it’s been very hard, so hard that at times I didn’t know if I would make it. But God never left my side. Y’all, I’m so blessed—so very blessed.

Faith Is…

Faith is following God’s guidance when you have absolutely no idea where He’s taking you.

I have been working on a project for a few years now—moving as God says move. However, I’m not sure of what the end result will look like. God did not give me a vision for it. This morning I received an email about my next moves, and I’m kind of stuck on where to go from here. Sighing

Moving with Faith…

Smiling through tears because I wrote today’s post, Moving with Faith (under Shaun’s Daily Inspiration), a few days ago not knowing I would need the message today. But God knew!

Y’all, God is so good. He knows what we need well before we know we’ll need it. I’m forever in awe of Him.🥰

Listen, move with faith. You don’t have to know how everything will end. Leave that to God. Just know that His guidance will not steer you wrong.
