In case you forgot, YOU are worthy of all—not some, but all—good things. It’s easy to fall into the trap of thinking certain good things are only reserved for certain people. However, that’s not true. As I mentioned yesterday in “Song of the Hour,” God deems us worthy even when we don’t believe we are worthy. Plus, we are His children—meaning we are worthy of all good things.
Listen, never sell yourself short. If you’re doing it, STOP! Please, know that YOU, yes…YOU are worthy of ALL good things!♥️
The song of the hour is Anthony Brown’s, “Worth.” The song says (Lyrics: MusixMatch)—
You thought I was worth saving So You came and changed my life You thought I was worth keeping So You cleaned me up inside You thought I was to die for So You sacrificed Your life So I could be free, so I could be whole So I could tell everyone I know
You thought I was worth saving (so You came) So You came and changed my life You thought I was worth keeping (so You cleaned me up in-) So You cleaned me up inside (You thought I was to die for) You thought I was to die for (and I’m highly grateful) So You sacrificed Your life (yeah) So I could be free, so I could be whole (and I can tell everyone) So I could tell everyone I know (You thought I was worth it)
You thought I was worth saving (so You came) So You came and changed my life (You thought) You thought I was worth keeping (so You cleaned me up inside) So You cleaned me up inside (You thought I was to die for) You thought I was to die for (so You sacrificed) So You sacrificed Your life (so I could be free) So I could be free (so I could be whole) So I could be whole (so I could tell everyone) So I could tell everyone I know (oh)
Hallelujah! Glory (glory) to God who changed my life (to God who changed my life) And I will praise You (forever) I’ll worship You (forever) I’ll give You glory (forever) Because I am (because I am free) Because I am (because I am whole) And you can tell everyone (and I can tell everyone I know) Come on, lift it up, sing, “Halle-” (halle-)
Hallelujah (-lujah) Oh, glory (glory) to the God who changed my life (To the God who changed my life) Hey, hey, and I will praise You (forever) I’ll worship You (forever) I’ll give You glory (forever) I’ll give you all (forever) ‘Cause You deserve it, Lord (forever) You deserve it, Lord (forever)
I’ll praise You (forever), forever Because I am free Because I am whole And I will tell everyone I know
You thought I was worth saving So You came and changed my life You thought I was worth keeping So You cleaned me up inside
You thought I was to die for (ooh), oh You thought I was to die for (ah) You thought I, You thought I, You thought I was to die for You sacrificed Your life So I could be free Hallelujah!
God is so good, y’all. He deems us worthy even when we know we’re not worthy. He still sees our value and calls us His. How wonderful is that?! Amen🙏🏽♥️

Last year I wrote:
“I am most grateful to be alive. Grateful that I have another chance to love on my babies; another chance to experience something exciting and new (why am I hearing the Love Boat theme song—smile); another chance to accept or decline opportunities; another chance to make better decisions; another chance to live…to really live.”
Today, everything’s the same. EXACTLY the same!
However, I do want to take this moment to honor God for His amazing, unconditional love. When I tell you He’s been closer than ever! Correction… I guess I’m finally closer to Him.☺️ Y’all, He’s soooo good. So very good.🙏🏽
Also, I’m grateful for YOU and your continued support. Thank you so much for reading and always leaving encouraging words. They mean more to me than you know. I truly appreciate you!🙏🏽💕
