Smile, You’re Still Here

Shaun Bradford

Happy Tuesday and Happy Election Day!

Yes, midterm elections are today. If you haven’t already done so—VOTE! It’s a privilege to be able to do so.

“If you’re alive, there’s a purpose for your life.” –Rick Warren

A Time To Be Alive

Today’s message is—

You’re still here, and you’re here for a reason.

God is not through with you yet.

Nope.

He’s not done!

Smile

This is all for now. Don’t spend too much time watching the polls. We may not know the outcome, but God already does. Our job is to VOTE, then rest in Him. This year, I refuse to let this election stress me out, and you shouldn’t either.

I pray you have a wonderfully blessed day. May it be filled with lots of love and joy.

Keep smiling.♥️

I love you,

Shaun

Wake Up Everybody

Shaun Bradford

Singing Harold Melvin & The Blue Notes’ song, “Wake Up Everybody.” The song says—

Wake up, everybody
No more sleepin’ in bed
No more backward thinkin’
Time for thinkin’ ahead
The world has changed so very much
From what it used to be
There is so much hatred
War and poverty

The world won’t get no better
If we just let it be,
The world won’t get no better
We gotta change it, yeah
Just you and me

Lyrics by Genius

“Wake Up Everybody”

“Wake Up Everybody” was written over 50 years ago and the message is still relevant today. We need more people to wake up! Today is Juneteenth (click the “Juneteenth” link to learn more) and so many people still don’t know they’re free.

Empowered people must continue to inform and empower others. Together, we can change the world.

Happy Juneteenth!♥️

I love you,

Shaun

You Are Powerful

Shaun Bradford

Your voice is powerful. Your heart is powerful. Your mind is powerful. Your uniqueness is powerful. Your entire being is powerful. YOU, my friend, are POWERFUL! ~ Shaun ♥️

TOMORROW is Midterm Election Day in the U.S. If you haven’t already voted, PLEASE use your power and VOTE. Tomorrow, I’m voting for candidates who care about the well-being and future of ALL Americans. The ones who understand diversity and equity are a must, not options. We need people in office who are empathetic, compassionate, kind, tolerant and willing to work together for the greater cause – Humanity.

Hopeful 🙏🏽
