It’s in the stillness that we hear God’s voice the clearest. It’s hard to hear him when our mind is going 100 miles a minute. Stillness is where we find clarity and peace.
My previous message was a call for stillness—Be still! So, I guess you can say this one is the follow up message, or part two. Smile. Praying stillness allows you to clearly hear God’s voice.♥️

Remember, life is what you make it. I have chosen to make mine beautiful. God has been too good to me for me not to. I am blessed.
These next three days—the final of my jubilee year—I plan to be intentional about cherishing moments. Not for pictures. Not to write about. But to make sure God knows I am truly grateful for the life, family, opportunities, and things He’s blessed me with. Because y’all, there is no doubt about it, I am truly blessed.🌺

Just finished a Zoom meeting for my ‘oh so’ exciting second chance. Laughing at myself. Umm… Tell me why I thought things were still the same as nine years ago. I mean, of course I knew things had changed, but I don’t remember so much work being involved. Laughing. Boy, have times changed. But I’m up for the challenge. Team work will definitely make this dream work. We’re in this together.

Today marks the first day of summer! According to Time Magazine’s 10 Fascinating Facts About the Summer Solstice, today is the day the sun will reach its highest point of the year. Can you imagine being the sun right now? Knowing that today the world will stop and celebrate your power and beauty.

Only four more days left in this jubilee year. My next will be 50 years from now. Woohoo!!

Sometimes we stay in spaces to save face. You know, we think the embarrassment of leaving is worse than the consequences of staying. Other times we stay out of fear, or because we believe we have already stayed too long and there’s nothing left to do or give. Whichever the case may be, when we know it’s time to move on, we need to move on. We cannot waste anymore time in spaces where we were never meant to stay. Let’s learn the lessons. Accept the blessings. Then move on. God has more in store for us. However, we will never receive them if we do not move.
