Praying you had an amazing week. As you know, mine was pretty awesome! Anyhoo… it’s back to reality and the rest of these assignments that are due this weekend. Ugh!! Gotta love life.
Here’s a Facebook memory from last year, September 29, 2022:
God will make ALL things new.♥️
Loving and living in all things new. Loving this space I’m in. Smiling.
That’s it! Wishing you a fabulous weekend. Love you!♥️
Still trying to wind down from Beyoncé’s Renaissance World Tour. Three hours! It was three whole hours of excellence!!
There was a quote that popped up during the show that said, “Imagination is more important than knowledge.” Something like that. Well, you could tell a lot of imagination went into her production. It was absolutely incredible. From the digital graphics that played between wardrobe changes to the tiny wrist lights, everything was well thought out. It was just beautiful. And her team! Magnificent!!
Also, I loved the diversity of her team and the audience. If I could describe the atmosphere with one word that word would be FREEDOM! You could feel the freedom—the freedom to just be. It was definitely a no judgement zone. Everyone was welcomed. At the end of the concert she said we are all connected. Y’all know I teared up. Crying now. She was right. We are so connected. I wish more people understood this.
If you have been reading my blogs for a while, you know that “I’d Like to Teach the World to Sing (In Perfect Harmony)” is one of favorite songs. Since I was a little girl I have imagined everyone one day singing in perfect harmony. Well, I witnessed it tonight and it was more than beautiful.
That’s all I have for you right now.
Good Night♥️
We had fun! Freedom is absolutely wonderful. Free to be me.
Okay… although I’m excited, that’s not what prompted me to write. Was thinking about how long I have been blogging and posting under Shaun’s Daily Inspiration. When I first began, I was all into the numbers—views, impressions, likes, etc. Now… now I do it because I really enjoy doing it. I love sharing the messages God gives me, as well as sharing my stories and testimonies.
Y’all, God is really good. I may second guess a lot of things that I do but this I know for sure is what I am meant to do. Grateful.
Will write about my Renaissance experience tomorrow. Y’all have a blessed evening.♥️
Woke up singing “Grateful” by Hezekiah Walker. It’s one of the songs on my favorite playlist. The song says—
I am grateful for the things that you have done Yes, I'm grateful for the victories we've won I could go on and on and on about your works Because I'm grateful, grateful, so grateful just to praise you Lord Flowing from my heart are the issues of my heart, it's gratefulness
Yes y’all, I am SCREAMING right now!!! I had forgotten that I went to see Beyoncé around this same time seven years ago! Talk about a sweet memory! Here’s what I wrote.
Facebook Memory: September 25, 2016
Last night was wonderful! Beyoncé is so humble. Happy I got to experience her brilliance. Because she IS brilliant! Can’t believe it’s been 20 years!! Thanks KiSondrea for my birthday present! You’re the BEST!😘 #FormationWorldTour #NOLA #SLAY
Note: My birthday was in June. The ticket was part of my gifts. I just had to wait until September to get it. And it was definitely worth the wait!
We had so much fun! I was definitely in mommy mode back then. NOT THIS YEAR!!! This church girl about to have some fun! LOL
Just like back then, this concert was one of my birthday gifts. I keep telling y’all I have the best babies in the world. It’s not the gifts they give but how they love me, and love on me. They know me so well! Always respectful, thoughtful, and attentive. I am truly, truly blessed.
