My Journey With God, No. 72
During the president-elect training, we were reminded more times than I can count to remember our ‘Why.’ Moments ago, I found a similar message in my Facebook memories. Last year, my cousin shared the message, “It’s time to revisit your ‘Why’.” She urged us to reassess the ‘Why’ behind our God–given dreams, plans, projects, and goals.
Guess what I’m doing today?!

Just winding down from a three-day president-elect training. There’s much on my mind—sitting in the moment.
I am beyond grateful I’ve been chosen to serve in this position again. I now understand the wait and the assignment. Ten years ago, I had a vision for the future of our profession. A vision very few colleagues saw. Now, things are different. The world is different. I’m finally with a group of leaders who are ready to take on challenges and advance our profession.
Timing is everything, and the possibilities are limitless.
Taking it all in.
Preparing for the future.

“Love unconditionally.”

“Love yourself unconditionally.”
Over the past year, I have used the expressions above to spread the message of love. It’s said we must become what we want to see, and love is it. Love is what I want to see flowing throughout the world like God’s beautiful melody. It’s my hope that others see and feel God’s love through me. Even if the world never sings in perfect harmony, I must not give up hope that it just may. I must believe.

Our Obedience To God Matters
Good Morning☀️
In 2023, I shared, “Your obedience to God unlocks doors.” Although this is true, I believe our obedience should be more important than any blessing we may receive. It’s our obedience that strengthens our relationship with God. It shows Him that we not only love Him, but we trust Him despite what He can do or give.
Today, my advice is to focus on building a relationship with God. It’s more important than the blessings and unlocked doors. Both will come in due time.
