hope

Hello Sunday

Good Morning☀️

While watching “The Shack,” a movie about faith, forgiveness, hope, and belief, I kept hearing the song “I Believe by Marvin Sapp.

The song says (Lyrics: MusixMatch)—

I remember the day
I gave my heart to You, Lord;
You told me if I’d (trust Ya),
You would never (leave me),
You said You’ll always be there.

Even though I’ve never seen Your face,
I know Your presence is real.
You told me if I would (seek Ya),
I would always (find Ya);
You’re just a prayer away,
that’s what I believe…

I believe what You told me,
I believe Your word is true.
I believe in Your promises, yeah, yeah.
I believe that You’ll come through.

You said that You would
never leave me nor forsake me
if I keep me mind stayed on Thee.
You told me You would (bless me)
If I would live (for Ya),
You said You would supply my every need;
that’s what I believe…

I believe what You told me,
I believe Your word is true.
I believe in Your promises, yeah, yeah.
I believe that You’ll come through.

You said that You would
keep me in (perfect peace)
if I keep my mind (stayed on Thee).
You told me that You would give me the life
of my heart if I would just (heart’s desire),
if I’d never lie.

I believe what You told me,
I believe Your word is true.
I believe in Your promises, yeah, yeah.
I believe that You’ll come through.

Your word is true,
believe, come through,
I believe.

I believe

Does anybody out there believe in God?

Like in the movie, just the mere presence of God makes me believe. He is the Great I Am. There is no other like Him. I can’t say it enough, His love, mercy, grace, and kindness are unmatched. I am so very grateful He loves me.

So, yes, I believe.

How about you? Do YOU believe?

If you have never seen the movie “The Shack,” I highly recommend it. It’s on Netflix right now. I believe you will truly enjoy it.

Praying you have a beautifully blessed Sunday.♥️

Love you,

Shaun

Dream BIG

Good Morning☀️

A few years ago, I made a video documenting a moment when I dreamed BIG and the dream came true. Here’s what I wrote when I shared the TikTok video on Instagram/Facebook.

Facebook Memory: January 18, 2022

“Manifest it! Wrote it down on 09/29/2014. On 10/24/2014 it happened. Y’all, it really doesn’t take long for God to work. He’s quite amazing!☺️

Never stop dreaming!”

And here’s a Facebook story I shared last year (January 18, 2024)—

The original quote “BIG Dream, BIG Faith” was shared on January 18, 2022 with the caption— “Do not let the size of a mustard seed fool you. Although tiny in size, it’s big, bold, and strong; and it carries a faith and confidence that can move mountains. Big dreams require big faith, which can be as small as a mustard seed.”

As I shared last year, you are already living in your dreams. Please be careful not to miss the beautiful moments in front of you because this isn’t the dream you envisioned. Enjoy every minute of now. Believe me, so many treasures can be found in this present moment. In time, you will see what you envisioned.♥️

Love you,

Shaun

Take The First Step

Good Morning☀️

As Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. once said, “Faith is taking the first step when you don’t see the whole staircase.”

Have faith and take the first step.

Nearly four years ago, I took the first step to fully pursue my dreams. At that time, I couldn’t even see the next step ahead. However, as I moved forward, God revealed more steps.

Y’all… I’m so glad I took that first step. Soooo glad! Although I still can’t see the entire staircase, I can see more steps ahead. Today, I’m not as hesitant to make faith moves and I’ve become more confident with each move. I believe it’s because I’ve learned to trust God’s guidance. When He says wait, I wait—I’m not as impatient as I used to be to make things happen (timing is everything and others’ perceptions don’t matter)—and when He says move, you best believe, I move!

Again, have faith and take the first step. God’s got you!♥️

Love you,

Shaun

Be Obedient

Good Morning!☀️

A few months ago, I was given a specific date to take another leap into the unknown. As time crept closer to me taking that leap, I kept playing around with the date until one day when I heard loud and clear, “That’s the date.” I was like, “Okay, I hear You, God,” and did what was asked. I was told that delaying what was asked of me would delay what He was trying to do for me. I took the leap even though I didn’t know and still don’t know how things will work out. I’m not sure what He has in store, but the atmosphere did change as soon as I leaped. Honestly, it changed when I decided to be obedient, which was before I actually leaped.

Be obedient and take the leap! As Pastor Joel Osteen said nine years ago, God will not ask you to give up something without giving you something better in return.♥️

Love you,

Shaun

I’m laughing at myself because I could’ve cropped this more. I just like seeing the “9 years ago.”☺️
