Believe me, a few words of inspiration can go a long way. Here’s what I shared two years ago.

Listen, don’t wait! Create, build, do, or try something new, today!♥️
Love you,
Shaun
My life. My world. Love, hope, peace, joy & happiness.

Here’s a post I shared in 2021. The message about worth is great, but it’s the hashtags for me!
Walk in your worth.
Live in your worth.
You ARE amazing!
And you are. You are absolutely amazing!♥️
Love you always,
Shaun

Just noticed I missed sharing an afternoon post!
Here’s something for you…
Love and be loved. You deserve to receive just as much love as you give.
Laugh often. Belly laughs are the best. I had a few today.
Live life to its fullest. Remember, you only have one life, make this one count.
Y’all, time passes so quickly. One day you’re in your 20s and the next you’re in your 50s.
Today, my best friend celebrated her 51st birthday. What a blessing.🙏🏽
I also discovered that today marks the 29th anniversary of the release of the “Waiting to Exhale” soundtrack (November 14, 1995). Boy, do I remember that soundtrack. “Sittin’ Up In My Room” by Brandy was my favorite song back then, followed by “Exhale” (the shoop song), by Whitney Houston.
Good music.
Good memories.
I pray you had a wonderful day, and that you’ll have a restful night.♥️
Love you,
Shaun
Good Morning☀️
Are you thinking about settling for something less than what you dreamed possible?
Well, here’s what I wrote two years ago and a year ago when I shared this graphic.

Caption from November 14, 2022:
“Have you ever settled because you were too anxious to wait? OR…because you believed that what you were offered was the best you could get? You know– “You better take what you can get.”
Nah! NEVER settle for less than what you desire. Believe me, you’re worth it and more!”
Caption from November 14, 2023:
“Don’t do it.
Don’t settle.
If you’re not careful, temporary decisions can easily become permanent. Be patient and keep waiting. God’s got you.”
Word of advice—based on my experience and the knowledge I’ve gained over the years—be careful not to tie your dreams to persons, places, or things. Instead, connect them with what’s in the core of your heart—your passions, your purpose, your values, and the essence behind your dreams.
If you have been following me for a while, you know that going to the United Nations and working with people from different nations is my ultimate dream. However, the core of that dream is to serve others while spreading love and hope. And guess what? I’m already doing it and am preparing to do more. Y’all, I am living my dream. As I have mentioned in past posts, it looks nothing like I imagined; however, it feels like everything I imagined and more.🥰
Listen, I genuinely believe our dreams are God-given, and they are too important and too dear to settle for anything less. Go after your dreams!♥️
Love you,
Shaun
NOW is the time to take that leap you’ve been dreaming of taking but have been too afraid to take. Yes, it’s time!
Here are a few hashtags I used when I shared this message on social media—

It’s time! As I said in my previous post, You will win! You were born to do so.♥️
Love you,
Shaun
We are all connected. What affects one affects all.

It would be easy to say that from now on I’m only out for my own, but what would that benefit me in the long run? It might feel good for a moment; however, when thinking long term, it could be detrimental. I have seen the damage this mentality has had on families and communities, and it’s quite sad to see.
Y’all, we are not on an island alone. We are part of something much greater. Every move we make has a ripple effect. It sets things in motion. Every act of love and every act of hate affects someone, which in turn affects someone else. We must be mindful of how we move. Listen, you better believe God has already checked me.🤷🏽♀️😅
My mission is to continue moving in love, peace, and kindness as I push for progress. I know that one day I will see the harmony I envisioned.♥️
Love you,
Shaun
**Not letting up on what I believe in. If anything, I’m pushing harder. We must continue the fight for our freedoms, inclusiveness, democracy, and peace—for humanity.

If you are experiencing difficulties and challenges right now, remember they are only temporary. Where you are today is not where you are meant to stay. Keep your head up. Things will get better.
The song I’m currently hearing is “Optimistic” by Sounds Of Blackness (Lyrics: LyricFind). The song says—
When in the midst of sorrow
You can’ t see up when looking down
A brighter day tomorrow will bring, oh
You hear the voice of reason
Telling you this can’t never be done
No matter how hard reality seems
Just hold on to your dreams, yeah
Don’t give up and don’t give in
Although it seems you never win
You will always pass the test
As long as you keep your head to the sky
You can win as long as you keep your head to the sky
You can win as long as you keep your head to the sky
Face toward the sky
Be optimistic
Listen, you will always win because God’s got you!♥️
Love you,
Shaun
“We are all connected” is the hashtag I used with my caption about purpose on November 1, 2022. Here’s that caption—
Facebook Memory: November 1, 2022
“Purpose is not self-centered or self-serving. Purpose is so much greater than us.
I believe our true purpose in life is to fulfill another’s need. There’s something that we provide – different things for different people – that allows them to fulfill their purpose.”

Embrace your purpose. It’s so much bigger than you!♥️
Love you,
Shaun
Happy November!🍂

November is here.
Looking forward to new opportunities and blessings.
Looking forward to something excitingly different!
Praying whatever’s meant for harm becomes something beautiful.
This month will be glorious!
All smiles, no tears (unless they’re tears of joy).
Happy November!♥️
Shaun
P.S. This message is for you too. Our November will be wonderful!😊

Happy Sunday!
This morning I’m singing, “A wonderful change has come over me.”
Last week, my week began with Tamela Mann’s song, “Change Me,” stuck in my head for two days. I wrote how I felt my spirit and soul worshiping God. Y’all, it was such a wonderful experience, something I had never experienced before.
Well, this morning I woke up singing, “A wonderful change has come o-o-ver meeeee.” Smiling
As I mentioned last week, I am not sure what God is doing in my life, but it’s something extraordinary and it’s already been very much felt.
Forever grateful.
Beyond blessed.
Thank you so much for reading. I pray you have a beautiful Sunday and a wonderful week.♥️
Love you,
Shaun
