That’s about all I can say at the moment.

I just got out of a public policy meeting, and I feel like my head is spinning. I had written a lot more but decided to delete it. (I’m listening, God.) I’ll just add this—When you tell God you’re “all in” and you mean it, watch out because He begins to move whether you’re ready or not.

Many, many moons ago, when I saw myself at the United Nations speaking to leaders of nations, politics had somehow never entered my mind. What was I thinking? Now, here I am, and almost everything I am involved with is political somehow. Y’all, I didn’t see it coming.

All I can do is laugh.

God, is this what I asked for but didn’t know what I was asking for? Or is this part of a bigger plan/purpose that You have for my life?

I did say that I was “all in,” so… I’m all in! I’m going to take a moment to let everything sink in. Then, I’m going to let God guide me through the rest. I got this!
