This morning I am sharing it for the same reason. It’s important that you know your vision is too small. God has so much more planned for you.

I know things like this is often easier said than done; however, with time and discipline, it can be done. Remember, YOU are God’s child. In Donald Lawrence’s words, “You are the head and not the tail. You will prevail.”

During the president-elect training, we were reminded more times than I can count to remember our ‘Why.’ Moments ago, I found a similar message in my Facebook memories. Last year, my cousin shared the message, “It’s time to revisit your ‘Why’.” She urged us to reassess the ‘Why’ behind our God–given dreams, plans, projects, and goals.

Feeling inspired.

Just winding down from a three-day president-elect training. There’s much on my mind—sitting in the moment.

I am beyond grateful I’ve been chosen to serve in this position again. I now understand the wait and the assignment. Ten years ago, I had a vision for the future of our profession. A vision very few colleagues saw. Now, things are different. The world is different. I’m finally with a group of leaders who are ready to take on challenges and advance our profession.

Timing is everything, and the possibilities are limitless.

Taking it all in.

Preparing for the future.
