Wednesday Writings

Happy Wednesday! I’m not going to keep you long. Wanted to share a snippet of a Facebook memory from a few years ago.

Facebook Memory: January 18, 2019:

I came across a quote that read, “Stay the Course.” Y’all, we have to stay the course because so many blessings are awaiting us. Even if you’re barely hanging on by a thread, don’t let go. Hold on to that one pinch of hope. God is working and everything will work in your favor. Don’t Give Up

Listen, do not give up. God has a way of making everything fall into place. So, stop stressing. Stop trying to figure things out. Go on about your day doing what you do – minus the stressing – and allow God to do what He does.

Wishing you a peaceful day!♥️

Be Blessed

Pour Into Others

You have been blessed with many gifts that are meant to be shared. Don’t hold on to them. Give someone what you wish someone would have given you.

Blessings flow when we pour into others.♥️

Believe

Never stop believing.♥️~ Shaun

A few years ago, I shared a tweet Matthew A. Cherry, producer and director, had shared from years earlier. His original tweet read, “I’m gonna be nominated for an Oscar one day. Already claiming it.” He tweeted this on June 1, 2012. Well, in February 2020, he actually won an Oscar for his animated short film, Hair Love. Fun fact… I backed his Kickstarter for the film. So you already know I was super excited when the film won!

Anyhoo.. just like Matthew and so many others have done – manifest what you desire; believe it will happen; then, work towards getting it. It may take a while, even decades before it comes to fruition; however, you best believe, if it’s meant to be, IT WILL HAPPEN or something greater will. That’s how my God works. Smiling

Enjoy your week!

Hello Sunday

I will bless the Lord at all times; His praise shall continually be in my mouth. – Psalm 34‬:‭1‬ ‭NKJV‬‬

There’s nothing like waking up knowing you’re blessed and loved; knowing there is favor over your life. Believe me, it’s not something I take lightly or for granted. God has been too good to me for me not to continually praise His name or acknowledge His greatness. Yes, I’m blessed. Amen

It’s my prayer that you feel just as blessed and loved; knowing there is so much favor over your life. Wishing you a peaceful Sunday and wonderful week.

Be Blessed

Sow Good Seeds

When you sow good seeds, you reap good fruit. Note: The fruit you harvest will not look like the seeds you sowed. Just know that if you sow from your heart, without expecting anything in return, your harvest will be great.♥️ ~ Shaun

Follow Your Passion

Whatever you are passionate about at the moment (yes.. sometimes our passions change), follow it. It’s part of your journey.♥️

Y’all, I’m so glad I can finally say that I’m wholeheartedly following my passion. Even passions for things I thought were long gone have been rekindled. They’re just happening on a different level. Y’all, when I tell you God is sooo good! Whew!! I’m blessed. ~ Shaun

Peace Stealers

One of the keys to living a healthier, stress-free life is protecting our peace. While we often think of things and people stealing our peace, rarely do we consider our own thoughts of doubt, fear, uncertainty and unworthiness. These are also peace stealers (yes.. stealers, not thieves😁).♥️

Give God Your Best

If we want and expect the best, we must make sure we are giving God our BEST.♥️ ~ Shaun

Hello Sunday

When you are given a gift, use it.

Shaun Bradford, Journal Entry– January 8, 2021

As I look back over my life, I have received so many gifts, tangible and intangible. Sadly, I have only used about about 75-80 percent of them properly. With that said, I may not have used them properly at the time I received them – because honestly, I did not know they were gifts – but once I recognized they were gifts, I used them.

As I move into this next year and next decade, I pray that I am more attentive to what I am given. I pray that I am open to receive and properly utilize what I’m given, as well as use them in a timely manner. Moving forward, I cannot and will not allow fear to stop me from embracing what is already mine.

Question – Are you properly utilizing the gifts you have been given, tangible and/or intangible? If not, what’s stopping you?

Thanks for reading! Wishing each and every one of you a wonderful week.
