Limits Off

The limits are off. They’ve been removed. Sitting back watching God work. Never doubt God’s abilities. He has the capacity and power to blow your mind!♥️

Trust, Peace, And Patience

Good Morning☀️

How are you?

I hope you’re well.🌸

“Peace is trusting God while patiently waiting through the process …”

“You cannot have peace without patience.”

That’s what I shared four years ago. Today, I feel it more than ever as this side of 50 ticks down. The only way I can maintain the level of peace I have is first to trust God, then remember to be patient. Both are key! There’s so much God is doing while I’m waiting and moving—because I’m definitely moving—through the processes to get to where He’s taking me. Yes, where God’s taking me. I used to try to figure it out, which caused my impatience; however, now, I move and operate under the flow of His guidance.

That’s trust.

That’s patience.

That’s peace.

I pray your patience is bringing you peace. Please have a beautiful day. May it be filled with love, happiness, and joy. And if you need a little more patience, may it be filled with patience too. Smile.♥️

I love you always,

Shaun

Be Intentional About Showing Up

March 29, 2021

Over the years, I have learned that when you feel the least motivated to show up is when you need to show up the most.

Listen…

Show up.

Then, keep showing up!

I promise you, your future self will be glad that you did.♥️

Love you much,

Shaun

Focus On Your Garden

Focus on your garden. You have sown your seeds. Now, they’re beginning to sprout and grow beautifully. Water and nurture them; weed and prune when necessary. Be careful not to become distracted by your neighbor’s garden, its beauty, or its lack thereof. That’s theirs to tend to. Stay focused on your own.

Smile.

Your garden is growing!🌸🌺🌷🌹

I love you much,

My Journey With God, No. 94

I don’t even know where to begin with this one. Hmmm… Here’s what I shared three years ago.

“Forever in awe of the power of manifestation. Don’t just think it. Write it down. Verbalize it. See it. Feel it. Walk in it. If you want it, manifest it!”

I wrote that at the height or tail end of the manifestation hype. Everyone was either walking in things they “manifested” or they were “manifesting” things. When I think about it, it was similar to the hype surrounding the Prayer of Jabez in the early 2000s. Back then, everyone was praying for God to “bless them, indeed,” and enlarge their territory. Even I was praying the prayer. And guess what? God enlarged my territory. I went from studying to become a chef to becoming a registered dietitian nutritionist (RDN). Who knew?! I didn’t even know dietitians existed. Side note: Nothing against chefs because culinary and food are my first loves, but becoming a RDN opened doors and connected me to a world that was more aligned with my vision and lifelong dreams of helping others.

Manifestation…

I’m not sure when I began hearing about the power of manifestation. I believe it was during a period when I was first becoming active on Twitter/X (around 2014). Several weeks ago, I saw an article written by a lawyer I met on Twitter around that same time, 2014/2015. I hadn’t seen her name in ages. We were asked by another person we met on Twitter to help them form a nonprofit. Just thinking about it makes me smile because I can see where everything is connected to where I am today. I’m not quite sure what I manifested ten years ago; however, I do know I’m walking in what I manifested three to five years ago, and I’m watching it evolve. Smiling.

Oh, the power of being present and recognizing that I am already moving and living within my manifestations. Thank You, God, for not letting me miss this moment. I don’t have to wait another ten years, or read past journal entries, to realize I’m already in it.

I am truly, truly blessed!🥰

Shaun

**P.S. Have a wonderfully blessed day and week. I love you!♥️

Hello Sunday

Happy Sunday!

How are you doing?

I hope you’re well.🌸

Shared by Jay Shetty on Instagram on May 17, 2024 and reposted by me on May 18, 2024.

I don’t know about you, but I needed this reminder. When I reposted Jay’s post last year, I added, “Do not give up.”

Never give up on your vision or dreams.

I truly believe that whatever God-given vision or dreams we’re striving for will happen. All we have to do is hold on a little while longer. My life is proof (receipts from my journals) that breakthroughs do happen, and most of the time, they happen at what appears to be the last minute, or when we can’t take another disappointment or setback. However, I now realize they actually happen when we release control and completely turn things over to God. As the old infomercial used to say, “Set it and forget it.” Basically, place it in God’s hands and leave it alone. He has an appointed time for everything.

That’s all for now. I pray you have a peaceful, relaxing day.♥️

I love you always,

Shaun
